Local Governments
Local governments and agencies, including cities, counties, special purpose districts, and others, maintain a wide variety of properties, from small easements to substantial parcels of real estate. Maintenance and purchase or sale of these properties often require environmental risk assessments, geotechnical investigations, or hydrogeologic characterization.
Many local governments area also water purveyors and/or wastewater operators. We can assist with water resource definition and development, reclaimed water studies, geotechnical services related to pipeline construction or repair, short- and long-term planning efforts, and environmental risk assessments for new or existing properties related to water supply and wastewater treatment.
Public utilities are a major sector of Robinson Noble's clientele. We regularly support utilities ranging from small Group B public water systems up to major municipalities and county-wide Public Utility Districts.
